I have Parkinson’s disease, a movement disorder that makes it difficult to stand, walk, and use my hands. I have been going to H2Orthopedic for aquatic physical therapy for more than a year. Physical therapist and owner, Larry Lindley, has been teaching me to use the water as a tool for toning my leg muscles, strengthening my core, and building stronger arms.  The water’s buoyancy makes it easier to stand and walk than on land. In turn, the water exercises give me more strength for my activities of daily living.

Humor is an important component of healing. Larry and his staff are consistently positive and encouraging.

The swimming pool is well-maintained, the water is clean and clear, and the office is cheerful.
