Amy has over 15 years experience in Pilates, strength training and massage therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration & Management from California State University Long Beach, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Biola University. She acquired her Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science and has completed numerous certifications through BodyCode and Balanced Body. She attended Healing Hands and holds a California State License for massage therapy.
Amy’s career background includes Pilates, strength training, yoga, massage and business management. Amy was drawn to physical therapy as she finds great fulfillment in helping others improve the quality of their lives. She has a passion for the geriatric population and hopes to one day expand H2Orthopedic to local retirement communities so patients have easier access to physical therapy, aquatic therapy and Pilates. She strongly believes a balanced lifestyle leads to improved health and wellbeing. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family.
